PARTIES
Victim Assistance Program and you agree that by clicking "I
Agree" to this agreement (Agreement), you make a donation or
purchase special event tickets and agree to all the terms in this
Agreement. You also agree to follow Victim Assistance Program Rules
of Conduct.
IF PAYING BY ONLINE CHECK:
You authorize Victim Assistance Program (the merchant) to electronically
debit your account for the amount of the check, plus a state allowed
$30 recovery fee if the check is dishonored or returned for any
reason. By clicking on the ‘Authorize’ button, you agree
to the terms of this agreement and authorize this purchase.
IF PAYING BY CREDIT CARD:
You authorize Victim Assistance Program (the merchant) to charge
your Visa or MasterCard credit card. By clicking on the ‘Authorize’
button, you agree to the terms of this agreement and authorize this
purchase.
REFUND POLICY
If you are unhappy with your donation or event admissions purchase,
you have 30 days from the date of original purchase in order to
obtain a full refund. Only written refund requests will be accepted.
INFORMATION, ETC
Any information, etc. submitted to Victim Assistance Program, become
property of Victim Assistance Program, and will not be returned
COMMUNICATIONS AND TRANSMISSIONS
Any communications or transmissions to the site by electronic mail
or otherwise, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions,
reviews, articles, or similar type of information is, and will be
treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. Anything transmitted
or posted may be used by Victim Assistance Program, its subsidiaries,
agents, employees, and affiliates for any purpose, including, but
not limited to, reproduction, disclosure, transmission, representation,
publication, broadcast, and posting. Trademarks, service marks,
logos and/or any other text, marks, pictures, information, coding,
or any thing else you may find on Victim Assistance Program are
the exclusive property of Victim Assistance Program, and others,
as may be applicable.
Periodically this web site may be temporarily inaccessible due to
